Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operator to join our production team in Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, preferably in material blending, mixing, and granulation environments.

You will operate production equipment, handle and blend raw materials, monitor processes, and help ensure quality and safety by following SOPs, batch records, and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, preferably in blending, mixing, and granulation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to follow all safety and PPE requirements.
• Experience operating industrial manufacturing or processing equipment.
• Experience working with powders, granulated materials, or similar raw materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Measure, weigh, and prepare raw materials according to formulas and production instructions.
• Perform blending and mixing of materials and assist with granulation processes.
• Follow SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.
• Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
• Perform in-process inspections and document production results accurately.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic troubleshooting as required.
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, maintenance, and other team members to meet production goals.
