Job summary

US PharmaLab Inc. is seeking an Operator, Granulation/Blending at our North Brunswick, NJ facility. This role focuses on operating, setting up, cleaning and maintaining granulators, drying ovens and blenders in accordance with cGMPs and SOPs.

You will follow batch records, document logs, inspect product quality, and perform material handling while ensuring safety and production targets. This is a non-exempt, full-time position with opportunities for overtime and skill development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years granulating/blending operator experience.
• Experience in nutritional/supplement/pharma manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient setup and operation of blenders.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch records, SOPs and cGMP guidelines to meet specs.
• Document operation logs and batch records per standards.
• Perform setup, operation, cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Operate multiple machines and learn other equipment.
• Maintain clean work area and proper gowning.
