Job summary

US Pharma Lab in North Brunswick, NJ is seeking an experienced Granulation/Blending Operator to setup and operate granulators, drying ovens, blenders, and screening equipment following cGMP and SOPs. You will perform cleaning, preventative maintenance, and documentation of batch records while ensuring safety and production efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years Granulating/Blending Operator experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year work experience in nutritionals, supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.
• Operates blending, screening & milling machines.
• Must be proficient in proper setup and operation of blenders.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch records, SOPs, and cGMP's guidelines to ensure product specifications and tolerances are met.
• Ensures full compliance with Company policies, procedures, GMPs, Ethical Business Practice, and SOPs at all times.
• Ensures documentation such as operation logs, batch records, etc. are fully completed, signed and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensures that product meets applicable quality standards. This includes inspection for quality during operation and performing all required sampling and testing.
• Complete all labeling and inventory movements to ensure accurate inventory control.
