Randstad USA is seeking a Manufacturing Associate in Fall River, MA to join a premier life sciences manufacturing environment. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot automated production and packaging lines in a cGMP facility, supporting batch manufacturing records and quality processes.

The role requires a completed Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical discipline and offers a permanent, full-time position with rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 to 19:00 and 19:00 to 7:00) and OT

Qualificações

• No prior experience required, but MUST have a completed Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical discipline (Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Pharma, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Operate, set up, adjust, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing/packaging equipment (filling, crimping, propellant charging, leak-testing).
• Perform routine mechanical, pneumatic, and process troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Execute Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), SOPs, and line clearances under cGMP standards
