Job summary

Actalent is hiring Manufacturing Technicians for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Fall River, MA. This permanent role offers hands-on training in GMP environments and exposure to equipment, processes, and cross-functional teams.

You will operate and support manufacturing and packaging lines, complete documentation, and participate in continuous improvement while working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule on site in Fall River.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields is required.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and support pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Learn equipment setup, startup, changeovers, cleaning, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Follow SOPs, batch records, and manufacturing instructions.
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
• Perform in-process checks and inspections to ensure product quality.
• Adhere to cGMP, safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Support CAPA investigations and validation projects.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Validation, and Automation teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production environment.
