Job summary

Nesco Resource, a well-regarded pharmaceutical company in Fall River, MA, seeks a Manufacturing Technical Associate for a full-time, permanent role with benefits starting on day 1. The on-site position features 12-hour shifts (7:00–19:00 or 19:00–07:00) on a rotating 3-4-4-3 schedule and starting pay up to $35/hour plus shift differential.

You will support the production of respiratory pharmaceutical products, operate and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment, ensure cGMP compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Operate, setup, adjust, monitor, and troubleshoot Respiratory MDI manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Execute manufacturing and packaging processes per BMRs, SOPs, and cGMP requirements.
• Perform startup, changeovers, line clearances, cleaning, and routine adjustments to maintain production readiness.
• Document production and equipment activities accurately per cGMP.
