Randstad USA, in partnership with our client, invites applications for a Manufacturing Associate I at our Marlborough, MA site. This temporary 6-month role offers a unique 3-day weekend schedule and hands-on mentorship in a modern facility focused on life-changing therapies.

The ideal candidate has 0–3 years in manufacturing or related settings, with a degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field, and a keen attention to detail.

Qualificações

• A degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related).
• 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, laboratory, or production environments; training available.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Execute day-to-day production processes using modern disposable technologies, automation, and MES.
• Follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines to maintain safety and quality for advanced therapies.
• Collaborate with QA and teammates to monitor operations, document accurately, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Investigate deviations and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain clean working spaces following gowning and waste handling protocols.
