Job summary

SynBio is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep for Primary Care (Entry level and/or Specialty) to drive brand awareness and acquire new clients. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and long-term relationships while offering potential bonuses and advancement.

You will be handling healthcare contracts and practice management needs, using tablets and computers, including Microsoft and Apple products.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year working in sales or customer service.
• Proven record of meeting sales OR customer satisfaction goals.
• Capable of identifying, winning, and retaining clients.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Finding/engaging new clients and subsequently retain them for the long-term
• Becoming a medical and pharmaceutical expert for your client base
• Working with clients and helping them make the right decisions regarding their medical agreements and healthcare cost management needs
• Developing and maintaining healthy, long-term relationships with clients and suppliers
• Managing your time effectively in order to excel in a multi-faceted role
