Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health USA is seeking an entry-level maintenance technician for our manufacturing site in Georgia. You will maintain and improve high speed lines, troubleshoot equipment, and support GMP practices across the plant.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will update SAP work orders, assist in preventive maintenance, and mentor newer technicians while ensuring safety and reliability of critical systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 5 years in manufacturing, preferably pharma.
• Associates/Technical Diploma with 2+ years in pharma manufacturing.
• Bachelors in a relevant field with 1+ year in regulated settings.
• Knowledge of EHS requirements and basic data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Perform SAP work order entry and status updates timely.
• Develop training programs and mentor junior technicians.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support Preventive Maintenance plans and improvements.
• Coordinate with outside contractors as needed.
• Join cross-functional equipment improvement teams.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies promptly.
• Read blueprints and PID's to support operations.
