Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus two (2) years general work experience.
• Associate's Degree and one (1) year general work experience.
• Basic computer skills with Word, Excel, and Electronic Management Systems.
• Basic biological equipment knowledge such as fermentation, centrifuge, concentration units.
• Ability to read, interpret and conform to batch records, Quality and Safety requirements.
• Ability to operate applicable ERP system.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and demonstrate basic activities in preparation of vaccine components in aseptic clean room environments.
• Operate production equipment and ensure used equipment and materials are released for use.
• Perform transactions within the electronic inventory management system.
• Check process documentation for accuracy and compliance; conduct in-process batch quality checks and environmental monitoring.
• Support safety activities within the area.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Perform basic batch record reviews as defined by Management.
• Review SOPs and documents to support regulatory compliance and change controls.
