Job summary

Sterling Pharma Solutions Limited is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to protect and maximize the uptime of facility and manufacturing equipment in Germantown, WI. You will install, troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment with safety and quality as priorities.

The role operates a 2-2-3 shift schedule (12-hour shifts) with extended time off, offering strong work‑life balance while contributing to a GMP‑compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5-8 years relevant work experience.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing preferred.
• Industrial Maintenance Technician Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and follow maintenance SOPs.
• Troubleshoot machinery and diagnose root causes.
• Perform mechanical repairs with hand and power tools.
• Collaborate with other maintenance technicians on complex issues.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Comply with OSHA and cGMP training requirements.
• Provide excellent internal customer service.
