Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking Maintenance Technicians I–III in Verona, Wisconsin, to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This onsite role covers a range of levels from entry to senior, focusing on preventive maintenance and reliable equipment operation.

Technicians will work with laboratory and facility systems, follow GMP and SOPs, and may participate in on-call rotations. Three positions available, direct hire with varying level responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree and maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Comfort using hand and power tools, good communication, and safety- and quality-first mindset.
• Life-sciences experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, calibration, and repairs on lab, process, and facility equipment.
• Respond to equipment issues and alarms; document work orders and maintenance activities in the CMMS.
• Support equipment installations and maintain clean, organized, and safe maintenance areas.
• Follow GMP, SOP, quality, and safety requirements.
• Participate in on-call coverage; overtime may be required depending on the role.
