Job summary

Sterling Pharma Solutions Limited is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to preserve and optimize production and facility equipment in Germantown, WI. You will perform diversified maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair using safe, compliant methods while supporting cGMP practices and continous improvement.

The role requires strong teamwork, problem solving, and computer literacy, with opportunities to mentor others and contribute to safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments.
Experience with chemical or industrial settings is preferred.
Industrial Maintenance Technician Certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

Create and follow maintenance SOPs.
Troubleshoot equipment and diagnose root causes with diagnostic tools.
Perform mechanical repairs with hand and power tools.
Collaborate with team to solve complex issues.
Maintain safe, clean work environment and comply with OSHA.
