Job summary

Quva Pharma in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support plant equipment reliability and safety. You will manage weekly maintenance plans, prioritize tasks and coordinate with facilities engineering and other departments to ensure timely, compliant work orders.

The role is full-time on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM) at our Sugar Land site, with minimal overtime and a strong emphasis on accuracy, procedures, and quality in patient care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience.
• Able to pass drug and background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Responsibilities

• Assesses service requests for validity, accuracy and completeness; ensures compliance and expectations prior to approving a service request.
• Manages the work order and service request backlog.
• Obtains quotes and issues purchase orders for maintenance activities.
• Prioritizes and plans work orders based on asset criticality.
• Plans all aspects of non-emergency work orders including parts, labor hours and tools.
• Collaborates with maintenance, operations, quality, stockroom and vendors to ensure complete backlogs.
• Plans maintenance work with other plant personnel and coordinates with contractors.
