Quva Pharma in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support plant equipment reliability and safety. You will manage weekly maintenance plans, prioritize tasks and coordinate with facilities engineering and other departments to ensure timely, compliant work orders.

Our Maintenance Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards of our pharmaceutical products. Once you complete our training, your responsibilities will include supporting plant equipment reliability by ensuring maintenance departments have planned work to perform weekly. The Maintenance Coordinator will work closely with the Manager of Facilities Engineering and Maintenance. The incumbent is highly organized, a master of prioritization and able to shift gears at a moment’s notice. Your attention to detail and adherence to precise procedures will guarantee that our medications meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and quality, providing patients with the best possible care and outcomes. This is a full-time role for our 1st shift, working Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM. This is a set, consistent schedule with minimum overtime requirements and based on site in our Sugar Land, TX location.
