Quva is hiring a Maintenance Coordinator in Sugar Land, TX for a full-time first shift (4:00 PM–12:30 AM). You will support plant equipment reliability by ensuring maintenance work is planned weekly and synchronized with facilities engineering and maintenance leadership.

The role requires strong prioritization, organization, and precise procedures to uphold safety and quality in pharmaceutical operations across the US. On-site work with a set schedule and overtime expectations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience required.
• Must successfully complete a drug and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assess service requests for validity, accuracy, clarity, and completeness; ensure compliance before approval.
• Manage the work order and service request backlog.
• Obtain quotes and issue purchase orders for maintenance activities.
