• Ability to follow precise procedures and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Assess service requests for validity and accuracy prior to approval.
• Manage work order backlog and ensure weekly planning.
• Obtain quotes and issue purchase orders for maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, quality, and vendors.
• Plan non-emergency work orders with parts, labor hours, and instructions.
• Ensure weekly assignments are delivered on time and properly documented.
