Job summary

Merck & Co. in North Carolina is seeking a Lead Technician, Maintenance to oversee installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of process systems in a GMP environment.

You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, develop and implement maintenance plans, revise SOPs, maintain accurate records, and participate in budgeting and capital project activities while ensuring safety and CGMP compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Maintenance technicians through troubleshooting and repairs.
• Plans and performs preventative maintenance on process equipment.
• Develops and implements preventative maintenance plans.
• Revises and develops SOPs for process maintenance activities.
• Maintains maintenance records and documentation.
• Evaluates and recommends new equipment purchases.
• Assists budgeting and scheduling for maintenance and capital projects.
• Follows safety and CGMP standards.
