Job summary

Guerbet is looking for a Process Maintenance Technician to ensure GMP-compliant maintenance of pharmaceutical production equipment in a Raleigh facility. You will perform PM/CM activities on fillers, washers, cappers, autoclaves, and related systems, while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues, support setup/changeovers, and document activities in the CMMS to sustain high reliability and product quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years maintenance experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other GMP-regulated industry.
• Experience with CMMS systems and GMP documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues.
• Support setup, changeovers, and start-ups to minimize downtime.
• Maintain CMMS records and ensure ALCOA/compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Automation, and Production on root-cause analysis.
• Participate in on-call rotations and site emergencies.
