Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Machine Operator in the Pharma department to operate automatic and semi-automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment, to support life-saving products. You will perform quality checks, maintain GMP/GDP standards, and document labor while keeping a clean, safe 6S environment.

The role requires 3:00pm–11:00pm hours with OT as needed and involves coordinating with technicians and team members to ensure continuous, compliant production at our Cary, IL site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic or semi-automatic machines, including robotic equipment, per SOPs.
• Perform in-process and suspect quality inspections and record results.
• Communicate production and quality issues to the line and stop when needed.
• Maintain 6S standards; keep area clean, safe and organized.
• Record labor accurately in the production system and coordinate with technicians.
• Attend performance metric meetings and complete training on time.
• Collaborate with coworkers across shifts to ensure continuity of operations.
