Stryker is seeking a Comfort Bath Machine Operator to run large-scale manufacturing equipment, feed materials, adjust settings, perform small repairs, and pull finished products from the line. You will record production data and follow quality systems in a cgmp environment.

Required: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred: manufacturing experience in cgmp. The role includes overtime and weekend work with health benefits, retirement plans, and stock purchase options.

• Under general supervision, operate machinery and inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment while keeping accurate production records and maintenance logs
• Adhere to site specific quality systems and processes
• Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents
• Operate simple manufacturing equipment, demonstrate machining/mechanical aptitude, and learn new responsibilities and tasks as needed
• Train others on operational and/or documentation procedures as needed
• Identify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors.
• Assist execution of continuous improvement projects
• Effectively collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker
• Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends

What you will do:

As a Comfort Bath Machine Operator, you will be working with products that are improving and saving people’s lives by being responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished products from the line.

$24.10/hr + $1.0 Shift Differential plus bonus potential and benefits.
