Stryker Corporation is seeking a manufacturing associate for onsite night shift to operate and monitor automated lines. You will ensure quality and GMP/GDP compliance while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
The role requires prefered High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year of manufacturing experience, with ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods. Competitive hourly wage offered with shift premium.
Onsite Schedule: Sun - Thurs, 11:00pm - 7:00am, OT as needed
Operate machines independently or with a team while completing all required quality checks. Communicate production and quality issues to the rest of the line and stop production when suspect product is identified. Perform in-process and suspect quality inspections, lot openings/closings, and maintain GMP/GDP standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while sustaining 6S requirements. Make minor machine/process adjustments and coordinate with technicians when additional support is needed. Accurately record labor using the production system and stock/operate the assigned work area. Attend performance metric meetings and complete all required training on time. Communicate effectively with coworkers, material handlers, and across shifts to ensure continuity of operations.

Remote - Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
