Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Machine Operator I for the Saxonburg, PA facility. The role requires basic operation of custom machinery, adherence to safety and quality guidelines, and teamwork across QA, Maintenance, and Engineering. Shifts may vary including weekends based on business needs.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and proficiency with Word and Excel. Preferred is an Associate’s degree and some plant-automation experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic/ custom manufacturing equipment following safety guidelines.
• Monitor quality systems and equipment parameters to meet specs.
• Assist with line balancing and loading of assembly and packaging equipment.
• Provide guidance to fellow operators and communicate with QA, Maintenance and Engineering.
