Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel seeks an experienced General Manager for its Greenfield, Indiana pharma logistics site. You will oversee all operations, quality, financial, and client-facing functions, ensuring compliant storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products while driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and partner with Quality, Compliance, HR, and Finance to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in warehousing/distribution, pharma or regulated environments.
• 7+ years of management experience; pharma 3PL experience preferred.
• 2+ years leading Lean Six Sigma and CI initiatives.
• Proven ability to communicate with executive customers and manage expectations in regulated settings.
• Experience with GMP/GDP/GxP frameworks and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational, quality, financial, and customer-facing functions at a pharma logistics site.
• Ensure compliant storage, handling, and distribution of pharmaceutical products under regulatory standards.
• Drive operational efficiency, workforce excellence, and customer satisfaction; act as primary relationship steward for pharma clients.
• Partner with Quality/Compliance/HR/Finance/Engineering to align and execute initiatives site-wide.
• Lead continuous improvement projects, optimize workflows, and apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
