Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a General Manager for our Greenfield, Indiana pharma distribution site. You will lead compliant, efficient operations, manage budgets, and drive performance across QA, Compliance, HR, Finance, and Engineering teams.

The role emphasizes GMP/GDP/GxP compliance, customer partnership, and continuous improvement to deliver high‑reliability logistics services for regulated products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 10+ years in warehousing or distribution, pharma or regulated environments.
• 7+ years of management experience in 3PL pharma preferred.
• 2+ years leading Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Experience communicating with executive-level customers in regulated environments.
• GMP/GDP/GxP frameworks experience and audit support.
• Commitment to DEI and inclusive leadership practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans that ensure compliant, efficient, and customer-aligned operations.
• Partner with Quality to maintain validated processes, manage deviations/CAPAs, support audits, and uphold documentation standards.
• Oversee temperature-controlled storage, monitoring systems, and environmental controls.
• Build strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients through clear communication and regular business reviews.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, optimize workflows, and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Own P&L, develop budgets, manage forecasts, and optimize resource allocation.
