Job summary

Blue Earth Diagnostics, a Bracco Imaging subsidiary, seeks a Legal Counsel to support legal, compliance, and governance with a focus on commercial contracts. Hybrid work schedule with onsite 3 days/week at 197 First Avenue, Needham, MA.

The role requires a JD, Massachusetts Bar membership, and 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with responsibilities including negotiating licenses, clinical research, data privacy, regulatory matters, and collaboration with Bracco’s corporate legal

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school with strong academics.
• Massachusetts Bar membership or other U.S. state bar in good standing.
• 5+ years’ experience supporting clients in the pharmaceutical industry, in-house or at a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Advise, review, negotiate and draft agreements including licensing, clinical research, R&D, services, manufacturing, development, distribution, sales, rebate, confidentiality and consulting agreements.
• Provide proactive legal support on new business initiatives and strategic transactions.
• Develop policies, SOPs, and guidance documents for governance and compliance.
• Review promotional and non-promotional materials for legal compliance, including medical marketing content.
