Job summary

The role reports to the General Counsel and requires a US JD, MA licensure, and 4–6 years of relevant experience. You will draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements while coordinating with outside counsel and global teams.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited US law school and MA in-house eligibility.
• Active license and in good standing in MA.
• 4–6 years of law firm and in-house corporate experience.
• Ability to advise on general corporate, employment, and contract matters.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.
• Provide timely legal analysis to shared services and cross-functional teams.
• Support corporate compliance, privacy programs, and mergers & acquisitions activities.
• Manage disputes and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Update contract templates and policies to align with legal standards.
