Job summary

Artiva is seeking a Senior IT Systems Analyst - Contractor to support existing IT platforms, deploy new applications, and ensure GxP compliance in a biopharma setting. On-site five days a week, you will engage with ERP, SOX, and regulatory readiness while assisting with lab systems and data management.

The role requires 3–7 years in relevant IT roles, a BS/BA in IT, and hands-on experience supporting enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Concur, DocuSign and HR tools.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Information Technology or related field; hands-on IT experience allowed.
• 3–7 years in biopharma, medical device, or healthcare IT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support IT management and business to maintain computing environments (SaaS, distributed systems, client-server).
• Assist with SOX 404 compliance, ERP changes, and audit readiness documentation.
• Provide user support for Finance, Legal, and HR systems (NetSuite, Concur, DocuSign, BambooHR).
• Support GMP IT efforts for inspection readiness and data integrity; eQMS experience a plus.
