Job summary

SriSai Biopharmaceutical Solutions, LLC (SBS) is seeking a Supervisor, Inventory to oversee daily inventory activities, including receiving, storage, movement, staging, and documentation of materials and finished goods in a regulated environment.

This role enforces cGMP and GDP, SOPs, and safety requirements, provides direction to Inventory Associates, coordinates with Production, QA and Shipping, and ensures traceability, accuracy, and timely inventory reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 2–4 years in inventory/warehouse roles.
• Experience leading and directing Inventory Associates.
• Knowledge of GDP/cGMP and SOPs; effective documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inventory activities including receiving, storage, movement, staging, and issuance.
• Ensure accuracy of transactions in ERP/WMS and proper labeling and traceability.
• Monitor inventory levels to support production and operations.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to Inventory Associates.
• Support audits, investigations, and CAPAs with documentation and compliance.
