SriSai Biopharmaceutical Solutions (SBS) is hiring a Packaging and Labeling Associate to support manufacturing and distribution. You will ensure accurate packaging, proper labeling, and full documentation in a regulated environment.

The role emphasizes precision, GDP compliance, and collaboration with Production, QA, and Warehouse teams to meet timelines while maintaining a clean, inspection-ready workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of packaging/labeling experience in pharma or regulated env.
• Previous aliquoting experience preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and documentation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform packaging and labeling according to SOPs, batch records, and cGMP requirements.
• Perform aliquots using pipettes, balances, and aseptic techniques.
• Verify labels, components, and materials before use.
• Assemble packaging components and perform line clearance between batches.
• Operate packaging equipment (labelers, sealers, shrink-wrap machines) safely.
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Complete documentation including packaging records and label reconciliation forms.
• Follow GDP at all times and report deviations promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.
• Follow gowning, hygiene, and safety procedures (PPE).
• Collaborate with Production, QA, and Warehouse teams to meet timelines.
