Job summary

Avid Bioservices in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain to lead Inventory Control and oversee the Supply Chain Associates, Clerks, and Coordinators.

You will establish inventory controls, monitor reorder points, coordinate with Purchasing and Manufacturing under cGMP standards, and maintain SOPs for raw materials.

Qualifications

• GMP regulated environment experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years related inventory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and document inventory controls and procedures in accordance with accounting and cGMP standards.
• Monitor materials for re-order points and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate movement of materials with purchasing and manufacturing under cGMP standards.
• Maintain and update SOPs pertaining to raw material tracking.
• Perform physical inventory counts on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
• Organize raw materials for easy access and counting.
• Cross-train in receiving, packaging and shipping and assist QA in GMP shipments.
