Avid Bioservices in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain to manage Inventory Control and oversee Supply Chain Associates, Clerks, and Coordinators. The role emphasizes adherence to cGMP standards and cross-department collaboration.

You will establish inventory controls, monitor re-order points, coordinate material movements with Purchasing and Manufacturing, and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of inventory experience.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and document inventory controls and procedures per cGMP.
• Monitor materials for re-order points and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate movement of materials with Purchasing and Manufacturing under cGMP.
• Maintain SOPs for raw material tracking.
• Perform physical inventory counts monthly/quarterly/annual.
• Organize raw materials for easy location and counting.
• Back up receiving personnel and cross-train in receiving, packaging, and shipping.
• Investigate discrepancies and propose resolutions.
