Job summary

Lifeline Pharmaceuticals LLC is hiring an Inside Sales Executive for its Miami team to grow the customer base nationwide. The role focuses on generating sales of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies to non-acute medical practices by phone, email, and the company’s e-commerce site.

You will manage a defined territory, develop relationships with outpatient centers and their purchasing specialists, and work with marketing to drive campaigns while achieving monthly quotas.

Qualifications

• Two-Four years college. Four-year degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• Pharmaceutical or Medical sales experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Previous tele-sales experience also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer territory and increasing net profits from existing customers and new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, e-marketing and inbound lead follow-up.
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective and current non-acute medical centers and practices in assigned territories.
• Explain and sell products by phone and via the company’s E-commerce site.
• Maintain a minimum number of daily outbound calls and timely responses to emails, calls, Live Chats and other communications.
• Delegate tasks to customer service and purchasing teams to ensure customers receive products as promised.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism in verbal and written communications.
• Follow established sales procedures to achieve monthly quotas.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and maintain follow-up schedules.
