Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Install, repair, adjust, and maintain large HVAC/R control systems.
- Calibrate instruments and controls with precision.
- Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment for proper operation and codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Manage stock levels for HVAC materials and components.
- Apply HVAC principles to practical scenarios.
- Model CBRE RISE values through collaboration.
- Work within standard procedures to meet deadlines.
