CBRE Group, Inc. in Branchburg, NJ is seeking a Senior HVAC Engineer to own and optimize critical HVAC and mechanical systems in a highly regulated pharmaceutical facility. You will lead fieldwork, troubleshoot complex equipment, and drive maintenance programs to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes hands‑on execution, technical leadership, and collaboration with multi‑discipline teams to support manufacturing excellence and site performance.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, service, and maintain advanced electric or pneumatic control systems used for building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Calibrate instruments, gauges, and control components.
• Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications.
• Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
• Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in‑depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.
• Coach others to develop in‑depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi‑discipline teams.
• Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.
• Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.
