Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Group Copy Supervisor in Santa Monica, CA, to lead conceptual thinking and bring ideas to life across media. This role requires pharma advertising experience, strong brand voice discipline, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will craft long-form copy for patient and HCP audiences, guide brand information, and ensure copy quality aligns with client objectives. A 5-7 year pharma ad agency background is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, or journalism, with life sciences focus.
• 5-7 years’ experience at pharma advertising agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual ability and creative problem-solving.
• Experience developing work for both patient and HCP audiences.
• Client-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create original work across print, digital and beyond.
• Write long-form copy; establish and manage brand tone, claims and copy consistency.
• Guide product/brand information to support creative directions and executions.
• Understand and implement direction based on objectives and deliver effective creative work.
• Communicate workload and progress clearly with team and stakeholders.
