You will guide voice, messaging, and narrative across campaigns, collaborating with art, account, and strategy teams to ensure brand‑aligned content that resonates with healthcare professionals and patients. You will mentor copywriters, drive long‑form and short‑form content, and oversee regulatory compliance while translating complex medical content into engaging messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and mentor creative talent.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate complex medical content into clear messaging.
• Experience with social platforms and emerging cultural trends.
• Experience navigating regulatory processes and medical/legal review (MLR).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the creative lead and owner of copy across brands and campaigns.
• Partner with art directors on brand and concept development for cohesive storytelling.
• Lead development of long‑form and short‑form content with brand tone and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with UX, Tech, and CX teams to align content with user needs.
• Provide strategic input and creative leadership in client meetings and presentations.
• Mentor copywriters and foster a collaborative creative culture.
