Job summary

Actylis is expanding its team to manage diverse cross-functional projects across business units. The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and close projects within scope, time, and budget while aligning with internal procedures in regulated pharmaceutical and life sciences contexts.

The role requires governance, risk, and change-management capabilities, plus strong communication with stakeholders and teams across Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and IT.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive project management experience in regulated environments preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of multiple cross-functional projects.
• Define scope, milestones, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and communication plans.
• Establish governance, cadence, and escalation pathways.
• Prepare status reports and dashboards for leadership.
