Job summary

Orion Innovation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex transformation programs in regulated environments. You will drive kickoffs, status meetings and risk tracking while coordinating resources across teams to deliver milestones.

Must have PMP, GMP familiarity and a proven ability to manage stakeholders in a large organization. A can-do attitude, problem-solving skills and experience in life sciences or pharma IT are highly valued.

Qualifications

• PMP certification and GMP experience are required.
• Demonstrated can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across a large organization and manage stakeholders.
• Experience solving complex problems in dynamic environments.
• Background in Pharmaceuticals, Information technology or life sciences is preferred.
• Experience in regulated/validated environments is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, manage meetings and issue notes from meetings.
• Update project dashboard monthly and draft/update charter, milestones, logs and risks.
• Manage internal steering meetings and coordinate team activities.
• Oversee one or more business transformation implementation projects.
• Serve as primary project contact, manage kickoff, status meetings, reporting and risk tracking.
• Coordinate resources and communications to achieve deliverables for all stakeholders.
