Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks a Process Architect to provide specialized expertise in pharmaceutical facility layout, adjacencies, cleanroom zoning, material and personnel flow, and contamination control strategies ensuring GMP compliance and efficient manufacturing operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture and at least 10 years of GMP facility planning experience, with proven work on capital projects >$500M TIC and knowledge of FDA/EMA

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience supporting GMP facility planning or design for pharmaceutical facilities.
Experience with cleanroom zoning, manufacturing adjacencies, and contamination control.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical facility design principles and GMP requirements.
Experience with capital projects in excess of $500M TIC.

Responsibilities

Optimize material, personnel, and operational flows.
Coordinate facility planning activities across engineering and operational teams.
Support facility expansion, maintainability, and operational performance goals.
