KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks an experienced Preconstruction and Constructability Manager to oversee construction quality and constructability for a major pharmaceutical manufacturing project in Houston.

You will lead EPCM contractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure the work meets GMP and regulatory standards, guiding the project through design, procurement, construction, and startup phases.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related technical discipline.
• 20+ years of industrial construction experience, including leadership roles on large capital projects.
• Minimum 10 years managing preconstruction and constructability programs on large capital projects.
• Demonstrated experience supporting projects greater than $500 million TIC.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, semiconductor, or other highly regulated facilities preferred.
• Experience with EPC, EPCM, and owner-side project delivery models.
• Advanced knowledge of: Constructability programs Modularization and prefabrication Construction planning and sequencing AWP methodologies GMP facility construction CQV processes Project controls and risk management Building systems, utilities, and process equipment installation

Responsabilidades

• Constructability Leadership: Develop and implement the project's Constructability Program and governance process; lead constructability reviews.
• Preconstruction Planning: Lead development of construction execution plans and site construction strategy; establish sequencing and work packaging.
• Design and Engineering Integration: Oversee owner side design development for constructability; resolve interfaces and risks.
• Pharmaceutical Facility Planning: Ensure constructability in GMP areas, cleanrooms, HVAC, and process systems; support commissioning and startup planning.
• Construction Readiness: Support AW P and workface planning; ensure milestones are integrated and achievable.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate construction risks; support risk workshops and contingency plans.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Interface with engineering, procurement, project controls, QA/QC, CQV, operations, and contractors; present findings to leadership.
