EY is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics and Forecasting to lead global forecasting engagements for pharmaceutical clients. You will guide cross-functional teams and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving innovation through analytics, AI, and best practices.

Responsibilities include defining forecasting approaches, developing advanced models, and delivering high-quality insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related quantitative field.
• 14+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting in pharma or life sciences.
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting and strong therapeutic area knowledge.
• Advanced stakeholder management and ability to drive innovation with AI/ML.
• Experience in client delivery excellence, thought leadership, and people development.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale global forecasting engagements across brands and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, portfolio forecasting, and lifecycle management.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics and epidemiology.
• Champion automation using Python, SQL and BI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
