Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative in Indianapolis, IN to drive demand through clinical selling to physicians and other HCPs. You will establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver product information, and meet activity targets while managing daily administrative tasks and compliant practices.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 20% travel with overnight trips, and a dependable vehicle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
B2B sales experience preferred.
Comfort with technology and virtual engagements.
Willingness to travel up to 20% and overnight travel.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted Physicians.
Establish, maintain and develop relationships with HCPs (physicians, Nurses, NP, PA, MA, etc.).
Deliver sales messaging and patient/product information to targeted HCP offices.
Achieve or exceed activity targets as set by the company.
Complete administrative items daily and maintain accurate records.
Comply with policies and trainings and uphold ethics standards.
Coordinate routing plans and daily/weekly call activities.
