Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee security personnel on the assigned shift and manage staffing.
• Ensure training and screening elements are completed per contract.
• Coordinate cross-training to improve versatility and site efficiency.
• Recommend productivity and cost-reduction measures to management.
• Propose improvements for post orders and security surveys.
• Handle personnel actions and performance under supervision.
• Maintain staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for the shift.
• Ensure contract-required training and screenings are met.
• Minimize overtime and ensure contract compliance.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for quality of service.
