Allied Universal is hiring a PART-TIME FLEX Security Officer for a Pharmaceutical Patrol in Frederick, MD. The role emphasizes foot patrols, site access control, and rapid response to incidents.

Prior security experience and the ability to work outside in varying weather are essential. The position uses our shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts, offering flexibility to build a schedule that fits your availability while gaining experience across healthcare, education, and finance

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security experience required.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed) and able to operate radios and consoles.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department when needed.
• Monitor entrances and exits and manage access for authorized persons.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports; maintain logs as required.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
