Job summary

Celltrion Branchburg, LLC seeks an experienced EHS professional to develop and manage high-risk safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion Operational Excellence across engineering, maintenance, facilities, and manufacturing.

You will lead contractor safety, deliver safety trainings (LOTO, fall protection, permit-to-work), and oversee inspections, audits, and incident follow-up to drive continuous site safety improvements. Hybrid work may be available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA and regulatory requirements for high-risk safety programs.
• Organized and capable of implementing and enforcing EHS policies.
• Development and delivery of EHS training.
• 3–10 years’ experience in an EHS role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and own safety programs including LOTO, permit-to-work.
• Lead contractor safety management and safety plans review.
• Provide primary safety point of contact for projects from design through commissioning.
• Lead safety inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Administer EHS IT systems and support technology deployments.
• Drive continuous improvement in site safety performance.
