Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a District Sales Manager for Alora Pharmaceuticals in Seattle, WA. This direct-hire opportunity offers a competitive base salary of $160,000 annually, along with performance-based incentives and a full benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of sales management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and strong leadership capabilities to develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
• Proven ability to develop and motivate team members and lead through change.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities
