Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, shipping, and inventory workflows.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Monitor on-time order fulfillment and product routing.
• Oversee shipping documentation and interdepartment transfers.
• Recruit, train, and develop warehouse associates; conduct performance reviews.
