Job summary

Staffmark is hiring for a Distribution Center Supervisor in Bethlehem, PA. This direct-hire role offers a salary of $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year with a Monday–Friday evening shift (12:00 pm – 8:30 pm).

You will supervise daily warehouse operations, oversee picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead training and development of associates. Strong pharmaceutical inventory experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Inventory Control Supervisor, Pharmaceutical Warehouse Supervisor, or Pharmaceutical Warehouse Manager
• Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical operations experience at the team lead, supervisor, or manager level
• Experience managing pharmaceutical records and documentation
• Strong inventory control and warehouse operations background

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily distribution center operations, including planning, organizing, and workflow management
• Oversee picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment activities
• Monitor product deliveries and ensure orders are routed correctly
• Manage shipping documentation and pharmaceutical records
• Ensure compliance with company protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse associates
• Support recruiting, hiring, and employee development efforts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment
• Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues
• Perform additional supervisory duties as assigned
