Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, storage and order fulfillment.
• Monitor workflow to meet productivity, quality, and service level objectives.
• Coordinate space, storage and distribution schedules to optimize warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
• Lead safety audits and maintenance coordination to maximize equipment reliability.
• Provide coaching, training and performance feedback to warehouse personnel.
• Manage personnel actions including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling and performance management.
